Each pathway supports youth, veterans, seniors, and justice-impacted individuals through mentorship, workforce readiness, peer support, and exposure to emerging technologies.

Through intentional guidance and hands-on experience, we create clear, achievable routes from stabilization to leadership and long-term opportunity.

Stride for Greatness: Power and Purpose Leadership Program

A dynamic youth leadership program that blends self-mastery, confidence building, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, workforce readiness, wellness, and hands-on innovation through AI, VR, life skills, and career exposure. Designed to help students discover purpose, develop discipline, and prepare for a successful future.

Workforce & Technology Pathway

A future-ready pathway that equips youth with job readiness skills, resume building, mock interviews, workplace expectations, communication training, and hands-on exposure to technology tools such as AI and virtual reality. Students gain confidence, career awareness, and practical skills for today’s evolving workforce.

Senior & Veteran Engagement

A community-centered program designed to honor and support seniors and veterans through companionship, wellness activities, technology assistance, life enrichment, and meaningful engagement. Services may include social connection, digital help, relaxation experiences, community events, and programs that promote dignity, purpose, and quality of life.

Reentry & Peer Support Stabilization

A supportive program designed to help individuals rebuild with confidence, stability, and purpose. Services focus on peer support, life skills, emotional wellness, goal setting, accountability, workforce readiness, resource navigation, and positive community connection to help participants move forward successfully.

Mentorship Program

An extension of the leadership program that provides continued guidance, encouragement, and accountability beyond the initial experience. Participants receive mentorship focused on personal growth, confidence, goal setting, decision-making, life skills, education, career direction, and long-term success through positive relationships and consistent support.
